If the attorney’s fee for the legal services rendered by the attorney is not contractually agreed upon, its amount is governed by the legal regulation, which is the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., the so-called attorney’s tariff.
However, the contractual fee is preferred.
